We are currently seeking a Finance and HR Department Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to support critical functions within our organization and contribute to our continued success. The successful candidate will assist with various financial and HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department by maintaining the payments register, overseeing accounts receivable and payable for timely processing, assisting with daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns in line with UAE regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with audit teams by providing documentation and responses as needed for consolidated audits and participate in various financial projects that require cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
