As the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. Your main duties will include ensuring accuracy in lay time and hire calculations for our fleet, maintaining comprehensive account books, preparing financial reports, and liaising with banks and financial institutions. Additionally, you will implement multi-currency accounting systems and travel to other office locations as required. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or possess an MBA in Finance, with at least 4-7 years of relevant experience in the maritime or chartering industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial software are also required.
