As the Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile client accounts in the Property, Sustainability & Government sectors. You will be responsible for developing strategic PR campaigns, building strong media contacts, securing top-tier coverage, and leading day-to-day communications with key clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, contributing to pitch decks and proposals, and staying informed on market trends to enhance client campaigns. Supervising junior team members and ensuring the highest standard of communications will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of PR experience in property communications, strong English language skills (written and verbal), and a proactive approach to managing client relationships. You should be adept at handling multiple accounts under tight deadlines, securing media coverage effectively, and maintaining strong industry relationships. In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 - 24,000 AED per month (depending on experience), along with commission + bonus incentives, health and dental insurances. The hybrid work model allows for flexibility with 4 days in-office, Fridays from home, plus every other Thursday off.
