As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our juice production facility and pre-cut item production. Your primary duties will include managing production schedules, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met, as well as leading a team to achieve production targets. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to conduct regular quality checks and address any product inconsistencies promptly. Additionally, you will implement and supervise procedures to guarantee the accurate and safe cutting, portioning, and packaging of items.
To qualify for this position, you must be a male candidate aged 40 years old or below with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of UAE experience in the FMCG industry with an extensive background in managing juice facilities, pre-cut item production operations, and ready-to-eat factories. The salary for this role is up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications in accordance with UAE labor law benefits.
