Our client, a leading provider of modern and reliable carpentry and joinery services across the Middle East, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Production Manager - Joinery, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, allocating resources efficiently, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will lead and provide training to the joinery craftsmen team, offering performance feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
In addition to overseeing production processes, you will also be tasked with monitoring production costs, optimizing resource utilization, managing inventory levels effectively, and implementing cost-saving strategies where possible. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing machinery maintenance, enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections regularly, and providing necessary safety training to all staff members.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Additionally, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role within a joinery factory setting in the UAE. A valid UAE Driving License and access to your own vehicle are preferred qualifications for this position.
