Job Description: Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation. Oversee all phases of construction ensuring adherence to project plans. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve issues. Develop and manage project budgets ensuring costs are controlled. Track project progress using appropriate tools. Generate detailed status reports for senior management.
Key Job Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and define project scopes and objectives.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and cost control measures.
- Experience working with Dubai master developers like DDA, Nakheel, Emaar etc.
- Knowledge of Dubai Land department inspection and approval process for off-plan projects.
