The ideal candidate for this role will have 5-7 years of practical experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, MIS reporting, Project Finance Management, P&L management, cash flow management, margin analysis, and receivables management. You should possess a recognized professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA or hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing budgets and business plans for various entities while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
As the FP&A Manager – (Property Management), you will consolidate vertical and entity budgets into a unified budget for final approval by senior executives. You will maintain an efficient financial reporting system to monitor performance against budgets and provide insights for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with departmental leaders to drive operational performance through strategic initiatives focused on profitable growth.
