Key Responsibilities:
Source & interview candidates.
Promote and execute a more proactive vs. reactive approach in finding talent for the business.
Arrange & coordinate interviewing process.
Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manner.
Work closely with HR team and Onboarding to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
Complete recruitment related administration tasks as required (rejections, interview invitations, room bookings, contracts, analytical tasks etc.).
Be the evangelist for the candidate experience; continuously improving the candidate journey.
Work on weekly/monthly reports.
Take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
