As an HR Generalist at S&K HR Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's HR landscape by developing and implementing policies that align with local laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening and interviews, ensuring we bring on board top talent that fits seamlessly into our dynamic team. Additionally, you will conduct new employee orientations to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for employee relations issues while providing guidance and support to both managers and employees.

In this role, you will also administer employee benefits, maintain accurate records, coordinate performance evaluations, and assist with employee development plans. You will oversee the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Compliance with labor laws and regulations is paramount, along with maintaining precise employee records. Moreover, your involvement in developing training programs will contribute significantly to enhancing our employees' skills and capabilities. Your participation in various HR projects and initiatives as needed will further strengthen our overall HR function.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
