Taaleem Central Office is currently looking for an experienced and highly competent Recruitment Manager to lead the hunt for top-tier talents to join our growing company. In this role you will report directly to the HR Director of Taaleem PJSC.
Primary Purpose of the Job
Leads and proactively manages Taaleem’s Recruitment strategy, including resulting policies and process, maintaining focus on achievement of attraction and operational excellence objectives. You will be responsible for leading and working closely with the HR Business Partners and Principals of all our schools to ensure a robust recruitment process, building a talented, diverse, and highly skilled workforce that drives the business forward. You will also be responsible for the Emiratisation agenda and have had some experience in talent management and retention strategies.
What do we look for?
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and qualifications;
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant degree. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
3-5 years of recruiting experience in the educational industry in an inhouse role or as a successful recruiter for schools
Exceptional leadership skills with a strong track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools. Understanding of platforms like Talentera would be an advantage.
Strong influential and persuasive style. Ability to build relationships through strong communication is a must.
Resilient, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident and excellent communication skills.
Experience in managing recruitment budgets or exposure to working within a budget.
