We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has the hunger to build a team, lead, and become our Middle East regional manager.



We have a unique business model as we are 40% owned and heavily backed by a global civil consultancy that has a presence in New Zealand, Dubai, Australia, KSA UK, US, and Brazil.
We are ready to go but require the right individual!


Duties:

End-to-end recruitment
Build and manage a high performing team
Spearhead the opening of new offices in Qatar, UAE and KSA.
Strong client facing skills.
Highly motivated strategic thinker
The ability to build a team of consultants.
The desire to manage and develop a team.
A strong network or the motivation to create a network.
Strong experience of Seek and Linkedin
Solid interview skills and the ability to mentor hiring managers during the recruitment process.
Build solid candidate experience.
Create a high energy, fun and successful team


Your experience:

3+ years of experience in full cycle in agency.
Strong communication skill
Well networked or confident in Business Development
Strong People Management Skills

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment processes for multiple locations
Skills:

  • - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
