As the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance management and reporting of assigned assets. This includes conducting monthly reviews to evaluate performance against targets, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions as needed. You will ensure that performance guarantees are met by contractors and towards clients when applicable. Monitoring key performance indicators and trends will be essential in optimizing asset performance and identifying untapped potential. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that MEA sites operate safely by following up on HSE KPIs and overseeing action plans for implementation.
In this role, you will also be involved in setting up an effective reporting and assessment process for solar assets, involving relevant stakeholders. You will oversee plant commissioning and re-commissioning processes, assess the need for retrofitting and improvements in predictive maintenance plans, and communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will facilitate the transition of assets from construction to operational phases, as well as from operational phases to decommissioning or revamping phases. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to develop action plans based on best practices will be critical in driving success in this role.
