We are currently seeking a Finance Controller to join our team in Dubai. The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the activities within the Finance function at Trane Dubai. This role involves providing financial expertise and guidance to business leaders, developing finance capabilities in areas such as financial planning, analysis, and controllership, and supporting business growth objectives.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Controller include providing leadership on financial matters to drive growth and margin expansion, working closely with business leaders to offer financial counsel for decision-making processes, leading annual planning processes, overseeing credit and collection initiatives, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, implementing cost controls within the organization, among other tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles including at least 4 years as a Finance Controller. Strong analytical skills, understanding of sales office operations and corporate processes, proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
