As a Project Engineering Manager with our client, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities related to an ADNOC project. The ideal candidate must have over 18 years of experience specifically in the Oil and Gas industry, with a preference for ADNOC experience. Candidates with a background in Middle East or European projects and mainly onshore experience will be highly regarded. The role requires strong leadership skills as you will be managing a team of engineers while ensuring project deliverables are met within set timelines and budget constraints.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in engineering, either as a project engineering manager or equivalent role. In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this position. The salary range for this role is AED 35,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances, along with family medical insurance benefits.
