Finance Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
Be able to effectively manage receivables across all markets.
Prepare monthly financial reports to assess the company s performance and provide recommendations
In charge of accounting and maintaining financial books for annual auditing.
Filing VAT, assisting with tax audits and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an Accountant or Auditor
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Relevant certifications like CPA or CMA are preferred.
Skills:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent in communication
Organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work effectively in a team
Commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulations.
Experienced with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Proficiency in accounting software packages.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
