We are currently seeking a PMC Commissioning and Start-up Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, reviewing, and managing EPC Contractors in the provision of commissioning documentation, Mechanical Completion, PSSR, start-up activities, maintenance and training procedures for a large refinery upgrade project. You will review and approve Contractors’ Pre-commissioning and commissioning philosophies while managing the day-to-day activities of the Project Commissioning team. This team comprises coordinators, engineers, operations, and maintenance specialists who work together to ensure seamless integration of vendor information and field coordination activities.
As the PMC Commissioning Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers, and Licensors to prepare necessary documentation and procedures for a smooth and safe start-up process. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing comments or advice to Client's staff regarding the approval and correct use of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up procedures. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
