We are currently seeking a bold, strategic, and high-energy PR & Communications Manager to elevate our brand's global visibility, reputation, and influence across our media and events business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment with an understanding of the speed of the news cycle. The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives positioning UNLEASH as a category leader in the Future of Work, HR, and AI. This hands-on role involves developing strategy across media (news, editorial, marketing services) and events (conferences, tradeshows), ensuring that UNLEASH's voice is loud, clear, and influential in the industry.
Key responsibilities include developing a global PR strategy for media visibility and thought leadership; cultivating relationships with top-tier media outlets; managing press communications; shaping executive communications; leading PR strategy for events; owning brand narrative consistency; overseeing content development; driving engagement across various channels; supporting C-level executives with PR efforts; maintaining crisis communications readiness; driving international PR strategies. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in PR or communications within B2B or tech industries with strong journalist relationships.
