As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.\n\nTypical roles and responsibilities include:\n\n- Managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting\n- Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants\n- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards\n- Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner\n- Negotiating lease agreements with new tenants\n- Collaborating with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance work\n- Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis to optimize rental rates\n- Maintaining accurate records of income, expenses, leases, contracts, etc.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry\n- Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market conditions\n- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, vendors, and team members\n- Proven track record in managing budgets and financial performance of properties\n- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\n- Proficiency in property management software systems is preferred
