Responsibilities: Provide income statements, balance sheet, and all required information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Manage the monthly forecasting process and provide updates to the annual budget. Present documents to the company’s leadership and management team. Maintain and improve a set of KPI’s for the finance function that are clear and actionable. Assists all departments in development and execution of their respective budgets. Leads efforts to improve cash flow, manage A/R to the defined terms and ensure annual cashflow objectives are met. Improves cash strategies such as job deposits, billing earlier in the job cycle, etc. Manages the banking relationship. Develops and executes company’s extension of Credit to customers and dealers. Manages External Relationships and Risk Owns company’s annual audit. Qualifications: 15+ years’ experience in the financial field, 5 years minimum in a senior leadership position. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. MBA and/or CPA is a plus. Experience in job cost accounting, cost to complete accounting, progress billing and payments, bonding, etc. Provide management, leadership, coaching, and counseling to all assigned direct reports. Manufacturing accounting is a plus. Experience developing banking relationships is preferred Strong data management and data analysis skills (Excel / ERP systems) with the ability to analysis large amounts of data and synthesis this into clear / actionable KPI’s and information.
