European Tech Recruit is seeking a dynamic Managing Director for Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions to join our team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. As a leading provider of intelligent manufacturing solutions, we specialize in designing, developing, and implementing advanced production lines and systems for the automotive and energy sectors. Our diverse product portfolio includes Power Lithium Battery Intelligent Production Lines, Hydrogen Fuel Battery Intelligent Production Lines, EV Drive Motor Intelligent Production Lines, Engine and Transmission Intelligent Assembly Lines, BIW Welding Intelligent Production Lines, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Software Development, as well as Intelligent Logistical Warehousing Solutions.
In this role, the Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of intelligent manufacturing projects. This includes project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Additionally, the Managing Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, R&D, and software development to ensure seamless project execution while implementing quality control processes to maintain high standards in all deliverables.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing or industrial automation sector. Strong technical proficiency in intelligent manufacturing systems including MES and automation technologies is required. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving skills are crucial for analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions. A PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred along with Mandarin speaking ability.
