We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments. Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, JavaScript, and Postgres is required along with extensive experience with AWS cloud services and container orchestration.
