As the Organizational Development (OD) Manager at Converge, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's people and organizational strategies to achieve business objectives. Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that promote employee engagement, leadership development, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing leadership training programs, driving employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity, overseeing the performance management process to align with business goals, establishing succession planning efforts for critical roles, leading change management initiatives during organizational changes, developing training programs for continuous learning within the organization, collaborating with HR on talent management strategies that align with long-term objectives, and promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled OD Manager with at least 8-10 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR, including 5 years in a managerial capacity. They should possess strategic thinking abilities to align OD initiatives with business objectives effectively. Strong change management experience is essential along with exceptional interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders. A deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture is preferred. Educational background should include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; additional certifications like CIPD or OD certification would be advantageous.
