As the Project Manager for Tenant Construction, you will play a crucial role in liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Procurement, Contractors, Consultants, Designers, Architects, Municipalities, and Tenants on various projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely reports like quarterly accruals, monthly/quarterly reforecasts, and Project Status Report (PSR) Updates. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about new construction practices and research innovative methods to build efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing budgets and scheduling for internal approvals. You will also oversee the tendering process to ensure compliance with corporate policies while providing tender analysis with recommendations for approvals. Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be part of your daily tasks - from visiting sites to minimize disruptions to operations and keeping projects on time and within budget to handling contract administration and approving invoices.
