We are currently seeking a committed individual to fill the role of Supervisor Shift Produksi at our location in Indonesia, Central Java, Ungaran. The primary responsibilities include executing tasks in line with company procedures, coordinating with relevant teams for workflow efficiency, compiling regular reports for superiors, maintaining orderly work documentation, proposing process improvements, supporting project activities as required, ensuring policy compliance, and completing job-related administrative tasks promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum D3/S1 education in a related field along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork abilities, time management expertise, and a willingness to work on-site are essential qualifications for this role. Proficiency in coordination, administration, communication, time management skills as well as reporting capabilities will be highly valued.
