As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance professional to join our team at various project sites across Indonesia, Lampung. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated durations, analyzing historical damage data for repair proposals, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating CMMS post-job completion, preparing equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability improvement programs.
To excel in this role, candidates must have a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. The ability to read equipment manuals, analyze damage data analytically, coordinate with technicians effectively, willingness to work in the field environment, and proficiency in office applications are also crucial skills required for this position.
