We are currently seeking a diligent Koordinator Izin Kerja (Permit-to-Work Coordinator) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include verifying the completeness of work permits before commencement, checking energy isolation and area security compliance, coordinating work schedules with operations, maintenance, and contractors, archiving daily work permits, monitoring their validity periods, conducting on-site checks for compliance with permit conditions, stopping work if permit requirements are not met, compiling weekly compliance statistics and permit summaries, as well as assisting in orienting new employees to permit-to-work procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications with 2-4 years of experience managing permit-to-work systems in process facilities. Proficiency in LOTO procedures, gas testing protocols, hazardous areas awareness is essential. Strong attention to detail in document verification and cross-team communication is crucial. Ability to interpret basic P&IDs is advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable working in operational areas under direct supervision, familiar with standard forms usage and meticulous record-keeping practices. A disciplined approach towards procedures is highly valued.
