As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Field & Production Operator at our site in West Java, Citeureup. The role involves operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum qualification of SMK/D3 in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience in operating process facilities is considered an asset. Candidates should possess a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols, be willing to work shifts, have strong attention to detail when reading instruments, be able to communicate effectively within a team environment, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and have the ability to maintain accurate operation records.
