As part of our team in Indonesia, Yogyakarta, Wates (on-site or office as per project requirements), we are looking for a Maintenance professional to join us. The primary responsibilities will include developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated durations, analyzing historical breakdowns for improvement proposals, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, supervising maintenance work execution, updating CMMS post-job completion, preparing equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability enhancement programs.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong analytical skills for breakdown data analysis, be able to read equipment manuals effectively, coordinate well with technicians, be willing to work in the field when necessary and demonstrate proficiency in office applications. Key skills required for this role include maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, CMMS knowledge, spare parts management expertise, and technical reporting capabilities.
