E-Commerce Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major and at least 3 years of working experience as an E-commerce Specialist or E-commerce Supervisor. It is mandatory for the candidate to have previous experience with LAZADA and handling electronic goods, specifically in the Consumer/Home Electronics or Gadgets industry. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's e-commerce operations
- Develop strategies to improve online sales performance
- Monitor website traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective online campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and privacy policies

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 3 years of working experience as an E-commerce Specialist or E-commerce Supervisor
- Previous experience with LAZADA is mandatory
- Experience in handling electronic goods (Consumer/Home Electronics or Gadgets)
- Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
