As a Development Director at Jockey Club, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects by developing operational plans that align with our strategic goals. Working closely with the Investment and Business Development Director, you will ensure a comprehensive understanding of approved business opportunities and oversee the construction of development projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include directing architectural and design processes to meet business objectives, drafting guidelines for land use mix and transportation planning, as well as driving energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building designs.
In addition to overseeing construction project plans and providing technical guidance to service providers, you will be responsible for evaluating work performance against quality control guidelines, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions when necessary. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role, including 5 years in a managerial/leadership position, along with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, you are well-equipped to lead our development function towards success.
