Knight Frank MENA, a prominent player in global commercial real estate markets, is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Manager or Senior Manager to join our Strategy and Consultancy service line in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our team specializes in providing strategic analyses across various real estate sectors such as residential, hospitality, office, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial markets. We cater primarily to (semi) government entities, developers, private investors, and institutional clients.
As a Manager at Knight Frank MENA, you will have the opportunity to support Partners in advising clients on various real estate matters. Your responsibilities will include conducting research for bidding processes, developing proposals and sales strategies, analyzing market conditions and trends, maintaining accurate property databases, and undertaking feasibility studies. You will also be expected to liaise with sub consultants and other professionals to deliver quality results efficiently. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development activities by writing proposals, attending network events, and fostering relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in property development or consultancy within the Middle East region. Strong communication skills, team player mentality, logical thinking abilities with report writing skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and fluency in English (Arabic is advantageous) are required. A flexible attitude towards traveling is also necessary for this position.
