To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable senior-level management consulting experience, ideally with previous experience on KSA based projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to establish credibility with clients and teammates. We are looking for individuals who have experience supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts, creating new business opportunities, and leading high-performing teams that drive desired business impact. Additionally, fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required for this role. A bachelor's degree is necessary, while a master's degree or professional certifications would be considered advantageous.
