We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive the growth of our Large Industries business line by orchestrating solution sales processes for multi-million-dollar investment projects.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of strategy, commercial activities, finance, and project management. Key responsibilities include establishing trustful relationships with large corporations in industries such as oil refining, chemical, petrochemical or steel; identifying customer needs and pain points; exploring customer organizations; assessing competitive contexts; initiating business growth opportunities aligned with company strategy; defining cost, scope and schedule of business growth opportunities; calculating project financial models; writing commercial presentations, offers and bids; negotiating project framework agreements with customers.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Master's degree in relevant engineering or finance (an MBA is advantageous), along with 10-15 years of solution sales experience involving investment decisions. Knowledge of refining, chemical or petrochemical processes or energy transition considerations is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships effectively across management lines both internally and externally. They should demonstrate strategic thinking abilities coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit focused on delivering value while being autonomous and self-driven.
