As a Senior Project Manager at ALEC FITOUT, you will play a crucial role in leading the full lifecycle of high-end fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing project documentation, developing actionable plans, schedules, and resource allocations. You will be responsible for managing all project communications and closely coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
In addition to overseeing design coordination, technical submittals, material procurement, installation, and commissioning processes, you will be expected to ensure strict adherence to quality control standards as well as compliance with health & safety protocols on-site. Administering commercial aspects such as payments, claims management variations processing and closeout deliverables will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will guide and mentor project teams while implementing performance evaluation systems and recognition programs.
