Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Finance Analyst at Assayel Arabia Real Estate Company in Dammam. The Commercial Finance Analyst will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial planning, analyzing financial data, and providing insights and recommendations to support commercial finance decisions. The analyst will also be involved in monitoring financial performance, preparing financial reports, and communicating with stakeholders.

Commercial Finance and Finance skills
Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting software
Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred qualified professional: CMA/CFA/CPA/ACCA/SOCPA
