We are currently looking for a proficient HR Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes, managing visas and residency for expats, utilizing government HR-related portals, and conducting HR data analysis using advanced tools. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.
As an HR Assistant at Linxon, your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for new employees. This involves coordinating orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, facilitating benefits enrollment, and introducing new hires to key team members. You will collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement best practices for onboarding and offboarding procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Additionally, you will liaise with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks related to IT setup, access permissions, and benefits enrollment.
In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for handling the management of visas and Iqamas for expatriate employees—ensuring adherence to local regulations and overseeing timely renewals. Maintaining accurate HR records such as personnel files and other relevant documentation will be a crucial aspect of your duties.
