Our client, a Confidential Government entity in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Finance & Accounting to join their team. As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations and accounting functions within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals, providing financial leadership for decision-making processes, and overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred along with professional certifications such as CPA or CMA. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with a proven track record in senior management roles. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting are essential for success.
