The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate in science/pharma/medical background with at least 3-5 years of experience working for a Pharma company/Agency in KSA as an MSL, Brand Manager, or Account Manager. You should be a self-motivated starter and finisher who is agile, adaptable, and possesses excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Networking and negotiation skills are essential to build lasting relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with Pharma sales & marketing principles, project management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools are required.
As the National Key Account Manager - Healthcare at DOCFLIQ, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships with big Pharma clients and public health stakeholders in KSA. You will represent DOCFLIQ as the face of the company in KSA while focusing on revenue growth in existing accounts and pitching products & solutions to potential leads. Building strong rapport with scientific associations, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) will be crucial to your success.

Interview process consists of 3 rounds including phone interviews by senior managers based in KSA followed by co-founders based in Dubai and Mumbai before concluding with an in-person meeting at our Riyadh office with our local partner agency head.
