We are currently seeking an Assistant Revenue / Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing all revenue streams of the hotel, including room and banquet/catering revenues. You will lead cross-functional decision-making processes involving sales and marketing, rooms, catering, food and beverage departments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing revenue management strategies using available tools, presenting measurements of revenue management activities, managing revenue management systems endorsed by IHG, collaborating with various departments within the hotel such as sales and marketing, catering, and F&B.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration along with 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory roles. Previous experience in revenue management or pricing is preferred. Strong analytical skills, project planning abilities, excellent presentation skills, communication skills are essential for this position. Knowledge of InterContinental Hotels Group Revenue System is highly desirable.
