We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate and develop processes within the organization. This includes assessing organizational development needs across various units, monitoring salary structures and benefit schemes, analyzing business structures, procedures, and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions. They will identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and practices while considering leading industry practices for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

As an Organizational Development Specialist at WTCO, you will play a crucial role in executing changes to the organizational structure and functional statements. You will provide guidance on organization development best practices to internal stakeholders and recommend optimum organization structures for efficient workflow and resource utilization. Additionally, you will be involved in developing job descriptions through effective job analysis and evaluation processes. Collaborating with the People Business Partner, you will conduct job evaluations and compensation analyses to support organizational design needs.
