As a Senior Finance Analyst at Skillmine Technology Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the Accounting Controlling department, focusing on areas such as GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, and reporting using Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012 or D365 FO. With a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in these areas, along with a Professional Accounting Certificate (e.g., CPA/CA), you will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and finance module processes. Your expertise in ERP applications such as Microsoft AX/D365/SAP will be essential in managing tasks in a multi-entities, multi-countries environment.
In this role, you will drive gaps analysis for current processes compared to desired outcomes and translate business requirements into functional specifications within the ERP system. You will participate in System Integration Testing, validation activities, User Acceptance Testing, Key User training sessions, and cutover activities. Additionally, you will implement Group SOPs, Financial Controls, Best practices while assisting users in issue resolution and facilitating change management efforts. Strong communication skills are vital for this position as you will be required to work with virtual multicultural teams and support various region time-zones through travel and shift work.
