Our client, a leading research organization in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join their team and contribute to their growth. This role will involve close collaboration with the Finance Manager to generate accurate financial reports, budget reports, and forecasts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, evaluating budget proposals, and providing valuable insights for decision-making.
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will work closely with project managers to develop budgets, evaluate funding requests, and conduct cost-benefit analyses. You will be responsible for monitoring spending, estimating future financial needs, and presenting actual vs. budget reports. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for all finance-related queries on assigned projects and will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a financial role or similar capacity, preferably within large-cap entities. Proficiency in Excel for report generation using Pivots and Formulas is essential, as is the ability to create PowerPoint presentations for management. Experience with finance software such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
