We are currently seeking a Finance Manager - Accounting & Reporting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, operations, and treasury functions. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining IFRS compliance, managing tax schedules, and providing timely management reporting. As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with various business units to monitor performance indicators such as accounting schedules, bank positions, operational efficiency, and vendor payments.

In addition to managing financial reporting activities and ensuring accurate monthly closings, the Finance Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Capex and Opex projections. Key responsibilities include analyzing cash flows, monitoring liquidity ratios, tracking expenses for timely payments, and coordinating with external stakeholders for statutory compliances related to financial statements. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree preferred), along with professional certifications such as CPA or CMA. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
