We are currently seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, forecasting, investment strategies, financing, and ensuring financial compliance to support our company's growth trajectory as we prepare for our IPO and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's degree is a plus), along with 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles within publicly listed companies. Additionally, proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, investment management, Mergers and Acquisitions, cash management, and business planning is essential.
