As a key player within the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business success. Your role will involve managing operating budgets, ensuring compliance with financial planning and reporting, implementing risk management strategies, and providing financial leadership across the Far East region. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and lead a team of finance and IT professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong commercial acumen and expertise in areas such as FP&A, Compliance, sourcing, IT within manufacturing or retail industries. You should have experience leading project teams and be able to work collaboratively with departments such as Tax, Treasury, and Supply Chain. A CPA/ACCA/CIMA Accountancy qualification is required for this role, along with fluency in English. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to support change initiatives and process improvements within the organization.
