As the Warehouse & Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods efficiently. Your primary focus will be on planning tasks and deliveries to meet production needs, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and on time. You will also play a crucial role in managing product distribution to customers, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the process.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will schedule production plans in line with quarterly customer demand while ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will oversee stock movements to ensure proper storage and tracking of raw materials and finished goods. By conducting regular cycle counts and full stock takes, you will minimize variances to maintain stock accuracy.
Furthermore, as the Warehouse & Supply Manager at Nurture Brands, you will develop and manage the warehouse budget to ensure cost-effective operations. You will monitor and control warehouse-related costs such as labor, storage, and equipment maintenance. Collaborating with logistics providers will also be part of your role to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
