First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Director- Commercial Real Estate to manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and their Performance. The jobholder will partner with the Real Estate department in service delivery, work independently to grow revenue for the Bank while managing portfolio risk, and develop credit skills and understanding of acceptable risk/reward parameters. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, proactively resolving service-related issues, cross-selling products, maintaining performing loans, achieving annual targets, conducting credit reviews/renewals, ensuring satisfactory audit reports, delivering superior customer service, enhancing credit analysis skills, adhering to procedures and processes in documentation and operational matters. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modelling, legal/regulatory environments; effective communication and management skills; ability to work under pressure; capability to organize workload and meet deadlines; interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports; familiarity with Group policies and governance frameworks. Qualifications include a Finance/Business related Bachelors/Master's degree (professional qualification in accounting preferred) and English/Arabic language knowledge.
