Switch Foods International LLC is seeking a Head of Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the company's sales through well reputed and structured distributors and HORECA partners. They will also be responsible for developing and executing sales and pricing strategies, collaborating with marketing agencies, establishing strong commercial relationships with key customers and partners, negotiating sales contracts, leading trade marketing activities, and setting sales objectives.

Requirements:
- BS in Business Administration or related subjects
- Minimum 5 years of Head of Sales / Sales Director experience in the FMCG industry in the UAE
- Strong commercial acumen and FMCG market knowledge
- Experience in handling distributors and general trade
- Clarity in English communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and software

Key Job Requirements:
