Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Procurement Engineer located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Procurement Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for procuring and purchasing all civil related items for construction work assigned by the line manager. The candidate must also adhere to the quality, budget, and timeline set by FNG. The Civil Procurement Engineer will report directly to the line manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement for civil or construction projects.
Experience working in the UAE is a must.
Sound knowledge of Civil/Construction materials and equipment and suppliers related to the industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work well under minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
