We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Controller/ Finance Director for the Engineering Technology & Services division (ET&S) based in Dubai, UAE. Reporting directly to the ET&S Global Controller, this role will be integral in setting a vision for success in the Middle East region. As a key member of the ET&S Middle East Regional Team, you will collaborate closely with regional and global leaders to drive strategy and enhance profitability. Working alongside the Global Finance & Accounting team, you will develop market insights and strategies to improve competitiveness both locally and globally.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills with experience in financial analysis or business development roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365 is required with advanced Excel skills being essential. Economic thinking skills are crucial for driving application of economic tools within the organization. Additionally, exposure to different ERP systems and implementation of new accounting processes is highly beneficial. Experience with data analysis tools beyond Excel such as Power BI would be advantageous.
